Hayley is an American actress and singer. Many people recognize the character as Erica Goldberg in the comedy television show 'The Goldbergs'. She is primarily an actor. She maintains that music is the first thing that interests her. It's something she is experimenting at since she was 9 years old. At the age of 12 the world of music had become significant enough that she was able to start training professionally. At 13, she began making music. Her debut album when she was 14. It has been non-stop since then. Orrantia, born in America but with Hispanic heritage. While she grew up with only English and has never lived in Mexico she is very happy about her Hispanic roots. She strives to preserve it by learning to speak Spanish and writing songs in the language. The singer recorded the Spanish version of a track entitled 'Hasta Verte. Orrantia was a contestant on The X Factor during its inaugural season, which aired in the summer of 2011. Her YouTube video was chosen and she got four "yeses", or votes for the judges during The Seattle audition. While she auditioned initially as a solo artist, during "Hollywood Week" She, along with three other female vocalists were placed in a group for the rest in the selection process. They were eliminated in the fifth week during the live performances.
